Outfit: Black Lace and Tie-Dye Shoes.

Dress: H&M | Shoes: Mrs. Marcos* | Necklace: Names4Ever*

This dress is a bargain that I found in the H&M sale the other day for just £7.00, and it is also a new addition to the LBD section in my wardrobe. I love the lace and the spaghetti straps combined as I think it gives it a "nightie" sort of feel and it looks really delicate. They also had a cream/white version which I would have liked but they didn't have it in my size :(

When I am wearing lace I prefer to keep the rest of my outfit to a minimum as I think the intricate patterns in the lace is enough. Today I thought I would just add a pop of colour with these shoes by Feud from Mrs. Marcos. I won these lovelies in a giveaway a couple of months ago but was always unsure about what to wear them with as the tie-dye effect is quite busy and bright. I thought I would play it safe this time with a black dress, but after seeing how pretty they look in these pictures, I think I will be a bit braver next time, I think they would look great paired with some brighter pieces :)

Do you love statement shoes?

  6. I think you are right lace with just having one item. I see a lot of people that do it and its a shame.

I really like how you added the pop or colour. I find people wear black too much and its looks very dull and over done.

  16. Hey! The dress looks really good on you :) I might be getting the dress off someone, but I was wondering if it was a little see through. I hope you would be able to clarify this for me, thanks!
