Outfit: Festival Fashion #2

Shirt: Laura Ashley via charity shop | Vest: Primark | Culottes: Primark via charity shop | Shoes: Missikon* | Treasure Chest Necklace and Flower Ring: Little Trinkets*| Stud rings: Miss Selfridge | Peace rings: Dorothy Perkins | Train Necklace:  Vintage

Here is the second part of my series of festival fashion looks! Please note that I was also supposed to be wearing a flower crown with this outfit, but I forgot to bring it out with me :( so annoyed, it completely finished off the look.
Whenever I think of festival fashion, flowers and floral prints just scream out at me. The point is to look a bit like a hippy, right? I love the floral print on these shorts and I also love how loose and airy they are- festival crowds get hot, y'know? I like layering shirts over an outfit if I don't want to get too hot but need a cover up for when it gets cooler in the evening, and I think checked shirts are also a must-have for that cool but effortless look.
Lastly, I just needed to show you my new shoes- I fell in love as soon as I opened the box. Some have told me I am taking my stud obsession a little too far... I like to disagree.

I hope you like this outfit! What are your festival fashion essentials?
*Starred items are PR samples.

  2. I really love it. I don't think I'd have the courage to try out the shoes though, I think I'd wear my cute little crochet pumps as I tend to play it safe and keep it girly rather than going for an edgy look :) x

    1. I didn't think I'd be brave enough for the shoes either but I love them! :) Love girly looks though, I never feel like I can pull off outfits that are *too * girly, I always have to add some leather and studs :) x

  3. You always look so stunning! I have the slightly less outrageous studded topshop flats we've all seen but these would be so much fun! I'd just be scared I'd scratch my ankles while walking that would be just the sort of thing I'd do! xx

I can definitely see you in a floral crown with that outfit, such a shame you forgot it but you look lovely anyway so no worries.

  18. " Bono made headlines in 2009 when he announced his intentions to switch from female to male through hormonal and surgical procedures. I'd have to understand plot however it I'm definitely not absolutely this can be significant. Seven years on, the show is still being aired as reruns, and the DVD collection is available for people who enjoy watching episodes over and over.
