The Daisy Street Blogger's Christmas Party.

On Thursday, I hopped on a train to Manchester to attend the Daisy Street Bloggers Christmas Party and preview their winter collections. I had a wonderful time looking at all the lovely clothes and meeting and chatting to some other bloggers, so I thought I would share a few pictures of the evening with you :)

With Victoria from Victoria's Vintage and Danielle from Dancing Through The Fire

I met up with the lovely Terri (Hello, Terri Lowe) and Victoria (Victoria's Vintage) before the event and we made our way to the venue together. After a short wait outside (being the eager beavers we are, we arrived 20 minutes too early!) we were invited inside the funky basement, signed in and handed a tag which we were allowed to attach to an item of clothing we liked to be sent for review! I picked the black fur coat in the fourth picture- it was so soft and warm; I can't wait for it to come in the post!

It was a hard decision to make as there are lots of lovely pieces hitting Daisy Street for the winter, including disco pants in every colour and tons of sequins (how amazing is the jacket in the 7th picture?!).
A massive thank you to Daisy Street and Punk PR for holding such a great event- It was lovely to meet the team and some other bloggers, and the cupcakes were to die for!

Were you at the Daisy Street event?

Outfit: Twisted Fairytale.

Dress: C/O AX Paris* | Boots: C/O Tribeca Shoes* | Jacket: C/O Daisy Street* | Headband: C/O Crown and Glory*

This was probably one of my favourite outfits to shoot, ever. These photos were actually taken to use as part of an exciting collaboration that I absolutely cannot wait to share with you even though I am not allowed to for a week or two yet :(

I felt a little fairy-like wandering around the woods in the middle of autumn in a purple dress with a bunch of flowers on my head- but I loved it. I adore the cut-out and sequin detailing around the waist of this dress- It is perfect for a night out, but I also love taking a girly dress like this and "grunging it up" with a leather jacket and some boots for the day time.

I hope you like my outfit! :)

Outfit: Minimal Effort.

Top: Primark | Skirt: H&M | Boots: Peacocks | Jacket: C/O Daisy Street* | Bag: Primark | Necklace: C/O Little Trinkets*

Today, I thought I would snap a few photos of what I wore for uni this morning as I was quite pleased with how my outfit came out after minimal effort on my part haha! Getting out of bed is definitely a struggle for me and the more times I can press snooze on my alarm and the quicker I can get ready, the better! I bought this skirt for a bargainous £7 in the H&M sale a month or two ago, but had no idea what to wear it with (does anybody else think that skirts are so much harder to style than, say, shorts or trousers?!), but I decided to play it safe today with this plain black long-sleeved top from Primark. I love how the blue colour block on the skirt makes a simple outfit look a little less plain. Also, say hello to my new favourite leather jacket! I won this in the blogger contest they held last month and I think it is absolutely amazing- It fits me perfectly and the studs add a little edge to any outfit.

Are you a morning person or do you love an extra five minutes in bed?

Daisy Street Style Off.

Top: £14.99
Shorts: £21.99
Jacket: £49.99
Boots: £24.99
Heels: £39.99
Purple Ring: £4.99
Bracelet: £5.99

A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by the lovely Ellanora at Punk PR, who told me that I had been chosen as one of their favourite bloggers to enter their Blogger Style Off competition with DaisyStreet.co.uk. I was so excited about being a part of this as I have always loved Daisy Street, even before their venture in to clothing!

What I had to do was create a collage of my must-have outfit using only products from Daisy Street, so here it is! I decided to come up with a versatile outfit, that could be worn for different occasions, to suit different moods. The floral t-shirt could be worn alone as a girly, summery piece, but could be edged up with the studded jacket and shorts (which as I'm sure you are all aware by now, I am obsessed with!). I think this is one of those outfits that can be dressed up or down aswell; the purple boots are great for a day time look, but add statement shoes and a matching red lip and you're good to hit the town in the evening!

If you like the outfit I put together, I would love it if you would "like" my collage on Facebook here. The top three collages with the most votes will be put in front of the directors of Punk PR and Daisy Street, and their chosen winner will win all the items in their collage! How exciting?!
If you vote for me, please let me know! :)
